Athlete Plus and Veszprém Basketball Club Partner to Create Scholarship Opportunities for Hungarian Athletes
 
Athlete Plus, a global organization whose members are associated with highest level basketball institutions such as USA Basketball, NBA, Euroleague, etc., and who helped young athletes chase their dreams at highest levels of NCAA, NAIA and High School basketball, and Veszprém Basketball Club, one of Hungary's top youth basketball programs, are excited to announce a new partnership! This cooperation will help create basketball scholarship opportunities for young Hungarian athletes all over Europe and United States, while also working on building an International Basketball Academy in Veszprém.
 
In 2023, the two organizations plan on creating two major events that will bring together top Hungarian talent and introduce them to American basketball in a whole new way.
 
The first event, the Veszprém Athlete Plus webinar, is planned for February 2023 and will be an online event featuring discussions with students and professionals from across the basketball world.
 
The second event, a one-of-a-kind camp, is planned for this summer and will connect over 200 young athletes, coaches, scouts, and experts. This camp will be a unique opportunity for young Hungarian athletes to learn from and interact with top professionals in the sport, while also showcasing their skills to a wider audience.
